You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns and exchanges can only be initiated for non custom items. 

Exchanges are possible as long as we have the size you would like to exchange for in stock.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks or odors. Customer will be required to pay return shipping for exchanges. Use the “Contact” form to initiate your exchange. We cannot guarantee that we can honor your exchange if you did not first contact us to receive approval. 

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us using the “Contact” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We cannot guarantee that we can accept your return if you did not first contact us to receive approval.
